Our bodies are very amazing. They work to keep us healthy and well. And, what we put into our bodies via what we eat and drink affects the way they work.
When we eat fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as fish, meat and poultry raised the way nature intended, we nurture our bodies. Eating seasonal fruit and vegetables delivers the vitamins and nutrients that our bodies need at that particular time of year.
When we eat and drink well, our bodies feel well, and that’s what good medicine is all about!
