This week: Rosemary

Rosemary is a fantastic addition to any herb garden. It’s a great cooking companion for roast meats and adds a beautiful flavour to roast veggies.

While most of us only use the foliage, the flowers can be eaten too. Plus, they add a beautiful burst of colour to your dish!

Rosemary will grow year-round so there will always be a steady supply. And, it’s a practical herb too because it can be grown as a hedging plant to protect the other members of your herb garden!
